  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy, govern Sri Kamadhenu Residency's relationship with you in relation to this website.
  2. Booking and Payment
    * Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a valid payment via Razorpay. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
    * Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods through Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets.
  3. Check*In and Check*Out
    * Check*In Time: 12:00 PM
    * Check*Out Time: 11:00 AM
    * Early Check*In / Late Check*Out: Early check*in and late check*out are subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact the reception in advance to make arrangements.
  4. Guest Identification
    * All guests are required to present a valid government*issued photo ID at the time of check*in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa. This is mandatory as per local laws and regulations.
  5. Child Policy
    * Children under the age of 6 stay free when sharing a room with parents, use existing bedding. Additional charges may apply for extra beds or cots.
  6. Pet Policy
    * Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
  7. Conduct and Behavior
    * Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the privacy and comfort of other guests. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including harassment, disturbance, or damage to property, will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
  8. Liability
    * The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.
    * Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges for damages will be billed to the guest’s account.
  9. Safety and Security Policy
    * For the safety of our guests, the hotel premises are monitored by CCTV surveillance. Guests are requested to safeguard their belongings. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.
  10. Force Majeure
    * The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
  11. Amendments to Terms
    * We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
